October is International Walk to School Month
Register now and plan ahead for your school or group Walk to School Event in October 2010! Register by June 30 and qualify for some great early registration prizes including:
- Enough I Walk to School stickers for all the students in your school (10 schools)

Once registered, you’ll receive an Organizers’ Kit in early September with resources including this How to Organize a Walk to School Event Guide.
This year during Walk to School Month give pedometers a try. Use Heart&Stroke Walkabout to track your students’ progress at http://www.walkaboutns.ca. Remember to register for Walk to School Month above first.
